Our long family history and acknowledged expertise in the prefabrication of concrete
products for sewerage industry led us to develop significant experience in efficiently handling these products. As a results, OMGD can offer practical studies to the handling needs on building sites, together with a manufacturing solution for equipment that will meet those needs, whether
or not it belongs to our existing, tested, product range. Equipment can be manufactured as a single piece or a limited series.
Quality approach
OMGD has drawn up a rigorous in-house QA Manual based on the ISO 9002 model.
Our aim is to achieve zero defects : quality in the manufacturing, meeting deadlines, traceability assurance.
Compliance of the products
All our equipment complies completely with Health & Safety legislation and is always supplied with a test certificate, a « CE » certificate
and detailed instructions for use.
Depending on the needs and requirements of our customers, static and dynamic certificates can be carried out either in-house, or via an approved official third-party organization, either on a particular type of equipment or individually on each piece of equipment.
Safety and Guarantee
The certificates supplied assure you of the reliability of each piece of equipment. This is an important safety measure for using the equipment and for the safe operation by your staff.
All equipment is numbered and has been checked several times during its
manufacture.
Additionally, each piece of equipment is supplied with a one-year guarantee
covering parts and labour.
